Value assurance for all competent spares and accessories sold, will be presented in which case the spares and accessories are fitted on our machinery and put together by our specialist or under our specialist's supervision. The worth guarantee is void if service parts or accessories has been fitted into 3rd party machines or setup without our awareness ( unless when accepted by management ) .
Associated equipment or new service parts installments and diagnosis for machinery obtained from us is costless. After the new spare or associated equipment have been put together, our technician will ensure that your machinery is 100% working and well certified. For competitors machines, we may choose to supply technical services remotely or send a specialist to give technical support. Unfortunately, we cannot, when regarding other companies machines, guarantee which steps (if any) will be taken, or advice (if any) will be provided by our technicians.
If our specialist remotely suggests or proposes a redundant reinstatement or associated equipment add-on for machinery that we have sold, including for brand new or redundant spare or accessories, we will provide you with a complete remuneration once you send the spares or associated equipment back in its original condition.
A labour expense will not be requested would you prefer that we go to your property for a spare- restoration or add-on fitting for machines that we have sold, although travel costs and accommodation fees will be requested if applicable. We suggest that you arrange for the specialist to get retrieved and sent back. R 9.95/km increased by the driving distance between our workplace and your property, is the current percentage payable and suitable should you desire for us to come to you.
