Printhead Limited Warranty:Printhead is warrantied to be free from defects in materials and workmanship during the period of the warranty. The printhead warranty does not cover printheads that have been re-manufactured, refurbished, misused, tampered with or ones where non-authorized ink has been used. Printhead warranty is to ensure that the printhead correctly functions as an electronic component. Maintaining and cleaning the printhead remains the responsibility of the user. Warranty ONLY covers defects on electronic components. Clogs and/or blockages will NOT be covered. Printhead warranty provided by original printhead manufacture on condition of installed/maintained by qualified personals. We only handle the claim process not determine the outcome.
Worth warranty for all licensed spares and accessories sold, will be supplied in which case the service parts and accessories are utilized on our machinery and put together by our experts or under our specialist's supervision. The value guarantee is null if spare parts or accessories have been fitted into competitors machinery or put together without our knowledge ( except when pre-approved by management ) .
Associated equipment or new spares installments and diagnosis for machinery bought from us is costless. After the new service parts or associated equipment have been fitted by our technician, they will certify that the clients machinery is 100% functional and well tested. We may suggest to supply technical advice online or send a technician to supply technical services for competitors machinery. We cant however, guarantee which steps (if any) would be taken, or information (if any) will be supplied by our technicians about competitors machines.
Money Back Guarantee:
The client will be provided with a full refund should our technician remotely advices or proposes a extra - reinstatement or accessory add-on for machines that we have sold, including for unused or spare spare parts or associated equipment as soon as the client send the spare parts or components back in its original condition.
Call-out Installation & Travel Cost:
A labour expense will not be charged should you prefer that we go to your premises for a spare- restoration or add-on installations for machines that we have sold, although travel costs and accommodation fees will be required if suited. We propose that you arrange for the technician to get retrieved and sent back. If you should like us to travel to you, the ongoing rate is R 6.00/km increased by the driving distance between our warehouse and your property.
