Printhead is a consumable with limited lifespan. Printhead generally gets clogged and blocked very often even with automatic cleaning system and very sensitive to voltage fluctuations. Extensive care is required to maintain the printhead in printable condition -- which means partial clog will accrue during usage even manual clean process been taken. We will train our clients how to take care the printhead during installation of our own printers. For printhead purchase for 3rd party machines, we will not perform installation.
We provide constrained characteristic warranty on the entire machinery, as well as each subsystem except stated elseways. Shortages due to unreliable materials or poor craftsmanship, are covered by the attribute warranty. We shall not be held liable for mis-usage or everyday wear and tear of your machine. A Call-out refers to each instant a technician offers a service at your property. A call-out cost will be requested except for when the call-out is enclosed by each of the above plans or confirmed by the the company. At the time of this quotation, for 1 day one specialist is R 4 995.00 for Saturdays, R 9 995.00 for Sundays or Public Holidays including R 1 499.00 for weekdays.Accommodation and travel costs to your premises, along with the call-out fee, are on your account if required. The arrangements for the specialist to get picked up and sent back are chosen to be made by you. R 9.95/kilometer is the ongoing percentage increased by the traveling distance between your property including our workshop, should you prefer for us to come to you.Without notice, those fees may vary instant by extent, accordingly generously enquire about call out and travel costs ahead of timeWith all our mainline of machines a particular barcode is sold.
