We will train our clients how to take care the printhead during installation of our own printers. For printhead purchase for 3rd party machines, we will not perform installation.
We give limited quality guarantee on the whole machinery, including any subsystem unless stated otherwise. Poor craftsmanship as well as unfit material shortages are covered by the trait guarantee.
