Extensive care is required to maintain the printhead in printable condition -- which means partial clog will accrue during usage even manual clean process been taken. We will train our clients how to take care the printhead during installation of our own printers. For printhead purchase for 3rd party machines, we will not perform installation.

    Training Course    We provide primary and/or full training courses through our training centre for all machinery we sell. When purchasing your machinery, first principal entry courses is included in your purchase, but more promoted training can be bought after the basic course has been passed.

    Call-out Service & Fee:
    Call-out Service & Fee    A Call-out refers to each point a specialist provides a service at your establishment. Unless approved by the company or included by each and every time of the above named plans, a call-out fee will be charged. At the instant of this quotation, 1 technician for one day is R 1 499.00 for working days, R 4 995.00 for Saturdays including R 9 995.00 for resting days or Public Holidays.In addition to the call-out cost, touring costs to your establishment as well as settlement if crucial, are on your account. The adjustments for the technician to get picked up and sent back are chosen to be made by you. If you would wish for us to come to you, the current rate is R 9.95/km amplified by the traveling distance between our premises as well as your premises.Without notice, those fees may change extent by time, for this reason kindly seek an answer about call out as well as touring costs in advance
