In which case competent spare parts and accessories are being fitted on our machines and put together by our technician or under our experts's supervision, value assurance will be supplied. In which case spare parts or accessories has been constructed into 3rd party machinery or installed without our acknowledgement, the quality warranty will be invalid except when pre-approved by the company.
Diagnosis and new spares or accessories fitting is free for machines sold by us. Our specialists will certify that your machines is completely working and well certified after the new service parts or components have been installed. For 3rd-party machines, we may recommend to supply technical information online or send a technician to offer technical assistance. We cannot however, insurance which steps (if any) can be taken, or services (if any) will be supplied by our specialists in regarding to competitors machines.
If a remote suggestion for spare - reinstatement or component add-on for our machinery that we have sold, or for new or spare spare parts or accessories will be made by our specialist, we will supply the client with a 100% refund once the client send the service parts or components in its initial condition.
Would you choose that we go to your premises for a spare- restoration or add-on installations for machinery that we have sold, we shall not charge you a labour expenses, but only for the travel costs and accommodation fees if necessary. We choose that you arrange for the technician to get picked up and sent back. If you should prefer for us to go to you, the current rate is R 9.95/km multiplied by the traveling span between our office and your premises.
