In which case qualified service parts and accessories are being utilized on our machinery and setup by our specialist or under our technician's supervision, worth warranty will be presented. Unless when accepted by managers, the value guarantee will be null if spares or accessories have been constructed into 3rd party machinery or setup without our consent.
No charges will apply for diagnosis and new repair parts or components fitting for machines obtained from us. After the new service parts or accessories have been installed, our specialist will insure that your machinery is completely functional and well tested. We may propose to give technical guidance online or send a technician to give technical assistance for other companies machinery. Unfortunately, we cannot, when concerning 3rd-party machines, guarantee which actions (if any) will be taken, or guidance (if any) will be provided by our technicians.
If a remote diagnoses for redundant - reinstatement or associated equipment add-on for our machinery that we have sold, or for unused or redundant service parts or accessories is made by our specialist, we will provide the client with a complete remuneration once you send the service parts or associated equipment in its genuine quality.
A labour expense will not be required should you wish that we go to your property for a spare- replacement or add-on installations for machines that we have sold, even though travel costs and accommodation fees will be requested if relevant. Plans are preferred to be made by the buyer for the specialist to be fetched and sent back. R 9.95/km multiplied by the driving distance between our office and your place, is the ongoing amount payable and applicable should you wish for us to come to you.
