No costs be required for diagnosis and new spare parts or accessories installments for machinery obtained from us. After the new spare parts or components has been installed, our experts will certify that the clients machines is perfectly operational and well tested. We may propose to supply technical guidance online or send a technician to give technical support for 3rd-party machines. In regarding competitors machines, we cannot guarantee which steps (if any) will be taken or what advice (if any) shall be supplied by our experts.
If a remote suggestion for extra - restoration or associated equipment add-on for our machinery that we have sold, or for brand new or spare spare or components should be made by our technician, we will provide the client with a 100% refund once the client send the spare parts or components in its initial quality.
Should you wish that we come to your place for a spare- restoration or add-on fitting for machinery that we have sold, we will not charge you a labour expenses, but only for the travel costs and accommodation fees if required. Plans are chosen to be made by the client for the specialist to be fetched and sent back. R 9.95/km amplified by the traveling distance between our workplace and your premises, is the current percentage payable and appropriate should you prefer for us to travel to you.
