We supply a value warranty for qualified spares and accessories sold except when the spares or accessories is utilized on our machines and installed by our experts or under our technician's supervision. The quality guarantee is null if service parts or accessories have been constructed into other company's machinery or put together without our acknowledgment ( unless when accepted by the company ) .
Diagnosis and new spares or associated equipment installments is free for machines sold by us. After the new repair parts or associated equipment has been setup by our expert, they will insure that your machinery is 100% operational and well certified. Sending a specialist to give technical assistance, or remotely supplying technical guidance may be chosen when in regarding to 3rd-party machines. Regretfully, we cannot, when regarding other companies machines, guarantee which actions (if any) will be taken, or information (if any) will be provided by our technicians.
If our technician remotely recommends or recommend a spare restoration or accessory add-on for machines that we have sold, including for new or extra service parts or components, we will provide the client with a complete reimbursement once you send the service parts or accessories back in its initial order.
A labour fee will not be requested should you prefer that we go to your premises for a spare- reinstatement or add-on fitments for machinery that we have sold, although travel costs and accommodation fees will be required if relevant. We propose that you arrange for the technician to get picked up and sent back. The existing percentage payable, should you choose for us to come to you, is R 9.95/km multiplied by the traveling distance between our office and your place.
