The dongle and any other software products will sadly not be supplied with assurance. Some of our machines' program cloud versions can be downloaded from the internet and simply aroused by code. But seeing that bandwidth can be pricey and internet connection is regularly slow or held up, we also provide our clients the extra service of saving the software for you and delivering a physical copy to your branch if desired.

No warranty is provided for software products. All software, manuals, tools and applications for our machines can be downloaded from our CNC Utility website https://cncu.co.za/.
