In which case licensed service parts and accessories are being utilized on our machines and put together by our technician or under our technician's supervision, value assurance will be presented. In which case spare parts or accessories have been constructed into other company's machinery or put together without our knowledge, the value warranty will be void unless when pre-approved by the company.
No charges be required for diagnosis and new repair parts or components installments for machinery purchased from us. After the new spares or components have been installed by our expert, they will ensure that your machinery is perfectly operative and well tested. Sending a technician to supply technical support, or remotely supplying technical advice may be chosen when in regards to 3rd-party machines. When related to other companies machines, we cannot guarantee which actions (if any) shall be taken or what advice (if any) shall be supplied by our technicians.
If our technician remotely recommends or prefers a redundant replacement or component add-on for machinery that we have sold, and for unused or spare spare parts or accessories, we will provide the client with a full repayment once the client send the spares or components back in its original condition.
Would you prefer that we come to your premises for a spare- replacement or add-on installment for machinery that we have sold, we shall not charge you a labour fee, but only for the traveling expenses and accommodation fees if required. Clients are chosen to make all arrangements for the technician to be fetched and sent back. R 9.95/km multiplied by the traveling distance between our workplace and your property, is the prevailing rate payable and applicable should you prefer for us to come to you.
