We will train our clients how to take care the printhead during installation of our own printers. For printhead purchase for 3rd party machines, we will not perform installation.
We provide limited characteristic guarantee on the entire machinery, including each subsystem lest stated elseways. Poor craftsmanship including defective material defects are covered by the quality warranty. Frequent wear and tear or mis-usage of your product is not our liability.
